Clarification
A number of colleges in the district, including Ramgarhia College, KCW, Master Tara Singh Memorial College, Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Gobind National College, Narangwal, and others have implemented the new pay scales as per the UGC norms, but is was erroneously printed in these columns on February 10 that these colleges had joined the stir with the teachers of GTB College, Dakha, against non-implementation of pay scales. The error is regretted.
