Victim lay wounded on spot
for 20 mins

Ahmed Jawid Yazdany, the Afghan national, kept on lying severely wounded on the spot for about 20 minutes after being knocked down by a speeding car at railway lights point during the wee hours of Sunday before he was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.
