Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperature: The maximum temperatures changed little. They were appreciably above normal in East Rajasthan, above normal in West Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 38.3°C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan). The minimum temperatures changed little. They were normal in the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 13.4°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
