Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in east Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, at a few places over Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, west Rajasthan and at isolated places over east Uttar Pradesh. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Karnal and Sirsa 5 each, Loharu and Ganaur 4 each, Bawanikhera, Tarou, Kalayat and Sonipat 3 each, Naraingarh, Pataudi, Bahadurgarh and Panipat 2 each and Jagadhari, Nilokheri, Narnaul and Sampla 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Dharamshala 8, Berthin, Pandoh and Solangnala 2 each and Ghamroor, Guler, Nahan, Dhundhi, Khairi and Chaura 1 each,
