Residents demand civil hospital
Mandi Ahmedgarh, July 27
Residents of the town and surrounding villages, falling under Sangrur and Ludhiana districts, have urged Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and health minister Lakshmi Kanta Chawla to upgrade the existing community health centre to a civil hospital.

The evening of talent and creativity began with students’ collection on the ramp. The audience witnessed a sizzling fashion show, which was modelled by some big names in the industry, including Rashmi Chaudhry, Meret (Fashion TV model) and Sandeep Bansal (Mr India ’07).

Vocational subjects more scoring

The students who have studied subjects other than the vocational ones in their senior secondary classes have serious objection against the ones who have studied vocational subjects and secured high marks, thus, diminishing their chances of admission. Non-vocational subjects are less securing due to their theoretical nature.
