Work on flyover anytime now

After more than a year, construction of Gill flyover connecting the railway overbrige over the Dhuri line is set to start with the state government giving the green signal. The flyover will ease traffic at the busy Gill Chowk.

PAU weatherman predicts showers in next 24 hrs
Ludhiana, May 19
The agro-met observatory at Punjab Agricultural University yesterday recorded maximum and minimum temperatures of 38.6 degrees and 24.4 degrees centigrade, respectively. According to Dr G.S. Bains, head of the department of agricultural mateorology, the normal maximum temperature for the week was 38.5 degrees celsius.

In the final, Ramgarghia school lads blanked Guru Nanak International Public School 6-0.
