Medical students’ march reaches city

Ludhiana, March 4
Peace March by the international group of about 80 medical students from India and other countries like Australia, Germany, Holland, Sweden, Ukraine, Nigeria, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Bangladesh and Nepal, on their way from the Wagah Border to Delhi, were accorded a grand reception by the Baba Jaswant Singh Trust at Nanaksar Complex, Samrala
Chowk, when they arrived in the city late last evening.

GNE College students bid adieu to seniors

3 get 10-year jail for possessing drugs

Additional sessions judge Sanjeev Berry has convicted three persons, accused of possessing huge quantity of narcotics. They have been sentenced to undergo 10 years rigorous imprisonment each.
