Transporters threaten stir

The hike in fuel rates has been condemned by city residents and transporters with the latter threatening to launch a stir if the government did not order a rollback.

Award for GADVASU scientist

Dr Prahlad Singh, associate professor at the department of animal reproduction,
gynaecology and obstetrics, GADVASU, was awarded for his paper at the ‘SAARC
Congress on canine practice and fifth convention of the Indian Society for
Advancement of Canine Practice’ held at Madras Veterinary College, Chennai,

Banks to observe strike on Feb 25, 26
