Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in Punjab, rose in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan, above normal in west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.4 degree Celsius recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forcast (valid until the morning of December 19): Isolated rain/snow is likely in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: A fresh western disturbance is likely to affect over region around December 20.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood (valid the morning of December 19): Mist/shallow fog in the morning. Mainly clear sky. The minimum temperature will be around 10 degree Celsius.
