Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and at a few places in Himachal Pradesh. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Haryana. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Jammu and Kashmir: Banihal and Quazigund 2 each and Pahalgam and Srinagar 1 each.

Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Punjab, fell in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were largely above normal in west Uttar Pradesh, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.8° C recorded at Ludhiana.
