Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir, rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in HImachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh, appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.4C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 2: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 2: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 9C.

Farmers’ weather bulletin for Delhi, forecast valid until the morning of December 2: Sky will be mainly clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: In view of an approaching western disturbance. Snow fall likely at many places over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers also likely at a few places in Haryana, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh.
