Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 08.6°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 22: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 22: Mist in the morning. Mainly clear sky likely to become partly cloudy towards afternoon/night. The minimum temperature will be around 15°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 22: Sky will be partly cloudy.
