Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers occurred at isolated places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Delhi ridge, Delhi bridge, Dhansa, Faridabad and Hatin 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Berthin 2 and Bhuntar and Pandoh 1 each, Punjab: Ludhiana 4 and East Uttar Pradesh: Jaunpur 1.

Forecast (valid until the morning of September 17): Rain/thundershowers are likely at a few places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in East Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
