Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at a few places in west Rajasthan and at isolated places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Chandigarh 2 and Gurgaon, Hodal, Masani Barrage, Pataudi and Rewari 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Kasol 2, East Rajasthan: Banswara 30, Bagidora 29, Sajangarh 28, Shergarh 27, Kesarpura 24, Garhi 22, Danpur 21, Bhungra 19, Kushalgarh 16, Arthuna 15, Kherwara and Loharia 13 each, Ghatol 11, Mount Abu 10, Kotda 9, Pindwara 7, Arnod 6, Jagpura 5, Gangdhar, Jhadol and Mavli 4 each, Amet, Bhim, Kelwara, Nathdwara, Rajsamand, Railmogra, Raipur and Tatgarh 3 each, Ajmer, Bagore, Mandal and Udaipur AP 2 each and Asind and Bhilwara 1 each, west Rajasthan: Desuri and Jaswantpura 4 each, Sumerpur 3, Rohat, Raipur and Raniwara 2 each and Ahore, Bilara, Bhinmal, Bali, Jaitaran and Taranagar 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Hamirpur 3 and Uttaranchal: Dehradun 4.
