Teachers can change the mindset of students, parents and society, said Dr Rakesh Mohan, principal, of SPN College, Mukerian, while speaking on “‘Involvement of stake holders in quality education” at a two-days national seminar on strengthening of internal quality assurances cell in educational institutions at A S College for Women that concluded here today.
