Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Pahalgam (Jammu and Kashmir) has recorded 2 cm. of precipitation.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were largely above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, appreciably above normal in Haryana, east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and above normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.7°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 15: Rain/snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Haryana and Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 15: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundry development in some areas. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
