Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little.

Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was M0.8ºC recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of 16th December 2005: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 16th December 2005: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 6ºC.
