Jail warden, aides had links with Babbar Khalsa

The police today claimed that the three persons arrested yesterday, including a jail warden, on the charge of sedition had links with the Babbar Khalsa International chief Wadhawa Singh and they were planning to revive terrorism through their disruptive activities in Punjab and other states.
