The chief amounts of rainfall in cm. are: Haryana: Ambala 1, Himachal Pradesh: Kasol and Pandoh 2 each and Khairi, Kasauli, Solangnala and Sunibhaji 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Bhoond 3, Punjab: Batala 3 and Nangal 1, east Rajasthan: Kushalgarh and Shergarh 1 each and east Uttar Pradesh: Palliakalllan 2 and Ayodhya 1.
