New Delhi, May 28 Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir, fell in Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in west Uttar Pradesh, appreciably below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 45.1°C recorded at Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) Forecast valid until the morning of May 30:
