New Delhi, April 29
Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in Rajasthan, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Punjab. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Sujanpurtira and Rampurbushahar 1 each, east Rajasthan: Jaipur 2 and Ajmer 1 and West Rajasthan: Jodhpur 1.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures rose appreciably in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and fell in west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourbood valid until the morning of May 1: Partly cloudy sky. Light rain/thundershowers accompanied with squall is likely in some areas. The maximum temperature will be around 35°C.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
