Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: These were above normal in west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 6.6°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 28: Isolated rain/snow is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 28: Partly cloudy sky. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
