Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. 

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose appreciably in Rajasthan, rose in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were largely above normal in west Rajasthan, markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.4°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 19: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 19: Generally cloudy sky with possibility of light rain/thunder development in some areas. Minimum temperature will be around 13°C.
