Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.8°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 5: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 5: Partly cloudy sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
