Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little.

Departure: This was appreciably below normal in Punjab, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.9°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab). 

Forecast valid until the morning of November 4: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region. 

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 4: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
