Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Shimla 1, Jammu and Kashmir: Batote 5, Katra 4, Jammu 2, east Rajasthan: Dholpur, Jaipur and Pilani 1 each, west Rajasthan: Bikaner 1 and east Uttar Pradesh: Dalmau and Varanasi city 1 each.

Forecast valid until the morning of June 29: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region.
