Coaching camp from May 24

Vivek High School, Sector 38, will organise a professional summer coaching camp in hockey, cricket, basketball, and football from May 24 to June 24. Professional coaches will offer their services from 6.30 am to 9.30 am. Yoga classes will also be a part of this session.

Active Sports, Australia, has offered its special programme in hockey, football and mini-basketball. Registration closes on May 15 and the fee will be Rs 600 per trainee.

A personality development workshop by Amit of Vedanta Academy, Mumbai, will be conducted from May 25 to 27 for Classes VIII to XII. Vivek High School students will offer themselves as volunteers for Youth Technical Training Society in education, sports, music, dance, handicrafts, art and drama. The school will also organise a scholars tiebook fair from May 20 to 22.

Cricket tourney

The Thai shopping champions league-cum-knockout cricket tournament will be held from May 16 at 12 Wing Air Force cricket grounds, Chandigarh. In this tournament, eight teams will be divided into two pools. Those interested should contact Mr Deepak at 3118130.
