Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at a few places in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: New Delhi (Safdarjung) 1, east Uttar Pradesh: Allahabad and Sultanpur 1 each and Uttaranchal: Mukteshwar 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of April 26: Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at a few places in east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of April 26: Partly cloudy sky with the possibility of rain/thundershowers in some areas. Maximum temperature will be around 33°C.
