received a cash award of Rs 30,000 while Shastri Club got Rs
25,000. Gautam Gambhir was named the best batsman while Amit Mishra
received the best bowler award. Rakesh Singh was adjudged the man of the
tournament. The prizes were distributed by the director of BDM Sunil
Mahajan. Electing to bat, Shastri Club tottered at 23 for 4, but India
opener Gautam Gambhir played a cameo knock of 70, off 58 balls with nine
fours, and Pradeep hit an unbeaten 95 with seven fours and one six to
take Shastri Club to a satisfying total of 226 for 9 in 40
overs. Collage Group raced to the victory target with three balls and

wins PHDCCI Golf title New Delhi, April 19 Apart from the trophy, Somesh Goyel also won two Air Sahara two-way business class tickets to any destination in India from Delhi. In the ladies open category, Puja Batra bagged the first prize and Rana Alam finished as runner-up. Peter Fuboeurough emerged winner in the 0-10 handicap category while Amit Luthra finished second. O. P Kalra and Raj Bhargawa won the first and second position respectively in the 11-18 handicap. Wg Cadr Bassara won the trophy for the nearest to pin category for men while Jagjeet Singh, who cleared 285 yards, lifted the trophy for the longest drive.
