Boy killed in mishap: An 11-year-old boy was killed in an accident here on Friday. The boy, identified as Mandeep Singh, son of Narinder Singh of Dhandoi village died on the spot when a Tata Sumo hit him. The driver of the vehicle has been arrested and a case registered in this regard.

A voter, Maninder Singh, was arrested by the police for impersonating as his brother, Sukhjinder Singh.
