Yoga essential in stress-prone world Chandigarh, March 21 Mr Gupta was addressing members of the Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) during a demonstration and lecture on “Self development through yoga” at Rajasthan Parishad here today. Yoga changed our attitude towards work and made us aware of the unseen challenges in our work environment, he said. Everyone strove for success, which could be achieved only through a positive attitude towards others, self-confidence, and a feeling of honesty and selfless service that could be imbibed through regular practise of yoga. Mr Gupta demonstrated various yogic postures for developing a balance in physical, mental, spiritual and emotional self. Mr J.N. Vohra of the CMA said practising managers and entrepreneurs were under constant pressure to perform and yoga could help create an environment for success in any endeavour. |
