Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Punjab, below normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region.
