Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan, below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.8°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 24: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
