Rainfall: Weather was dry in the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in east Uttar Pradesh, fell in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: These were appreciably below normal in west Rajasthan, below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.6°C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 23: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 23: Mainly clear sky. Minimum temperature will be around 10°C.
