Rainfall:
Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in west Uttar Pradesh, fell in Haryana and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in west Rajasthan, below normal in Uttaranchal, appreciably above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.2°C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 22: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
