CAMPUS DELHI University’s ambitious plan to stick to the timetable regarding 180 working days and announcing the results on time from this year seems have received a jolt. Students of BA pass, BCom pass and Journalism Honours are still awaiting their results. Starting this year, the university had chalked out a timetable of 180 working days with the session starting on July 16. To facilitate this, the university also sought to announce results on time for most of the courses. However, students of BA Pass and BCom pass as well as those enrolled in Journalism are still awaiting results. The students unlike their counterparts in other courses cannot attend classes, which began almost a fortnight ago. While the teachers are tight-lipped, the students are irked by what they allege is the “lackadaisical attitude of the examiners”. “The students are missing out on classes and the university has not taken any action against the teachers who are responsible for the delay” said a university official.
