Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at many places in Haryana, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Hissar 11, Tohana 5, Sirsa 2 and Dadri Toya, Delhi Ridge, Rewari and Rania 1 each; Himachal Pradesh: Dharamsala and Mandi 7 each, Kahu, Kandaghat, Nahan, Sangrah, Shimla and Sundernagar 1 each; Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu 1; Punjab: Patiala 3; east Rajasthan: Sevalahead 10, Nagaur 9, Gulabpura 6, Behror, Banetha, Bayana, Beir, Chirawa, Govindgarh, Hurda and Thanagaji 5 each, Neemrana 4, Bisalpur, Bansur, Deeg, Navalgarh, Silishedha and Uchain 3 each and Alwar, Ajan, Dholpur, Hindutta, Khairidam, Nagar, Neem Ka Thana, Shahpura and Talabshahi 2 each; west Rajasthan: Sujangarh 9, Baniyawas 5 and Hemawas and Kerbandh 2 each; east Uttar Pradesh: Chandradeepghat 7, Neemsar 6, Bhinga 5, Bahraich and Palliakalan 3 each, Kakrahi 2 and Ankinghat, Bhatpurwaghat and Katerniaghat 1 each; west Uttar Pradesh: Hindon 6 and Auraiya and Etawah 1 each; and Uttaranchal: Banbasa 5 and Pantnagar 1.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy rain is likely in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal during the next 48 hours.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 21: Mainly cloudy sky with rain or thundershowers in some areas.
