Re-exams of cancelled papers from today

Re-examinations will be conducted at such centres where examinations in various subjects of middle and matriculation classes, conducted during April by the Board of School Education Haryana, had been cancelled due to outside interference. The re-examinations will be conducted at such centres from May 24 to May 27.

A spokesman of the board said that re-examinations would be conducted only at such centres where the sanctity of examinations had been breached due to the use of unfair means and copying. No re-examination would be conducted at the remaining examination centres, he added.

He said that the re-examination of Hindi, Mathematics and Science subjects on May 24 at 11 am and English, Social Science, Sanskrit and Punjabi subjects would be conducted on May 25 at 11 am. He informed that the re-examination of middle classes would be conducted at 87 places in the state, including 15 centres in Bhiwani, 13 in Faridabad, 13 in Jhajjar, eight in Hisar, 13 of Gurgaon, seven in Mahendragarh, one in Panipat, six in Rewari, five in Sonepat, two in Rohtak and three in Sirsa.

The spokesman said that the re-examination of cancelled papers of matriculation class would be conducted at 33 places in the state at 11 am from May 24 to May 27.
