Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in west Rajasthan. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. Pandoh (Himachal Pradesh) recorded 1 cm of rainfall.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
