Punjab sits over 353-cr drought relief

1 killed, 39 hurt in road mishap
Gurdaspur, January 14
One person was killed and 39 were injured when a bus coming from Amritsar collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction near Japuwal on the G.T. Road, 5 km from here, today. The deceased has been identified as Surjeet Singh, the driver of the truck and resident of Deriwal in Pathankot.
