Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.8°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 5: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 5: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 7°C.
