5-yr-old inherits royal property

Turbaned courtiers — jagirdars, thikanedars and other nobles of the former state — and a battery of representatives from erstwhile princely states were present at the City Palace as prep school student Padamnabh Singh was declared heir to Brigadier Bhawani Singh’s vast properties.
