Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change:minimum temperatures rose in Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Punjab and Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.4°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 19: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 19: Clear sky. Minimum temperature will be around 15°C.
