Nine injured in Gujarat blasts
Godhra (Gujarat), October 15
At least seven persons were injured in a bomb blast inside a bus in the sensitive Godhra town, while two labourers were injured in another blast at a scrap yard in Ahmedabad this evening, the police said. The police said a bomb in a Gujarat State Road and Transport Corporation (GSRTC) bus exploded at the Godhra bus stand around 6 p.m., injuring seven. Passengers were boarding the bus when the blast occurred. Top police and administrative officials have rushed to the spot. UNI
