Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. Arnod, Naharsagar and Udaipur (east Rajasthan) each recorded 1 cm. of rainfall.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 23: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in Rajasthan.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood (valid until the morning of September 23: Monsoon has withdrawn from Delhi on September 20. Partly cloudy sky.
