Sacchan is UP BSP president 
Lucknow, June 30
In a major organisational reshuffle in the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Chief Minister Mayawati on Sunday appointed Dr Krishna Kumar Sacchan party President of Uttar Pradesh. Dr Sacchan replaces state minister Indrajit Saroj. Ms Mayawati also dissolved the state committee and constituted a 23- membered committee headed by Dr Sacchan. Dr Sacchan belongs to the backward Kurmi community and hails from Kanpur. UNI
