in Himachal New Delhi, February 25 Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in west
Rajathan, fell in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in east Rajasthan, below normal in Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.7°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).
