Rainfall: Weather was dry in the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.3°C recorded at Sriganganagar (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of January 12: Weather will be dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of January 12: Mainly clear sky. Fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around normal of 7.0°C.
