MLAs use coupons after resignation
Lucknow, September 19
A controversy has erupted over purchase of concessional railway and flight coupons by some Samajwadi Party (SP) MLAs after their resignation from the Assembly and its acceptance. Assembly sources said at least 41 MLAs of the SP, including the leader of Opposition Dhaniram Verma, had obtained railway and flight coupons worth over Rs 3 lakh after their resignation.
