The monsoon has been active in east Rajasthan.

Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Kalka 2 and Bhiwani 1, Himachal Pradesh: Gohar 3, Punjab: Malerkotla and Patiala 1 each, East Rajasthan: Matrikund 10, Baran 8, Antra 7, Ramgarh Mandi 6, Mangrol and Sikar 4 each, Attroo and Malsiser 3 each, Bhimsagar, Fatehpur, Laxmangarh and Sangot 2 each and Jhalawar, Kota AP, Ladpura, Pipalda and Udaipur Wati 1 each, West Rajasthan: Rajgarh 2, East Uttar Pradesh: Varanasi 3, Bansi and Kakrahi 2 each and Kakardharighat and Raebareily 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Bareilly 2 and Uttaranchal: Dehra Dun 5 and Bausan 1.
